It’s been a frigid winter across the United States, even in Florida, where I live. The cold weather, limited sunlight, and hectic schedules can leave one feeling exhausted, drained, and more susceptible to seasonal illnesses.

 

Winter wellness using natural solutions helps support the body in holistic and sustainable ways. From nourishing seasonal foods and immune-boosting herbs to calming self-care rituals and restorative sleep practices, nature provides powerful tools to help us stay balanced and resilient.
